She was born and lived in Spalding in Saskatchewan and later moved in Alberta in Canada in order to finish high school. The actress began her acting journey in her teens. She played on TV in programs as "Ready or Not" and "Forever Knight". She then made her first appearance as an actress on a film during the 1990s with 'Papertrail. In the following years, she was in films like Men with Brooms and Cypher. The actress continued to be seen in film throughout the 2000s but her roles were less than her TV roles.
