Marilu Henner shows us what a woman can achieve with both the energy and knowledge gained from growing up. She is an author and health expert, talk show host and producer. Marilu is living witness to the effect her holistic lifestyle has made on her life. She believes that health and fitness will allow the person to be able to perform everything. It wasn't so in the past. As a teenager, she watched as her weight grew. She was always feeling sick and ate emotional. Following the deaths of both parents, to death at fifty-her father from a heartattack and her mother due to arthritis complications-she decided she would manage her overall health. It was all about fitness, and the best way to improve the performance of our bodies. Hilary Duff's stepmother, as in A Cinderella Story (2003) Paulette the Manicurist (2001) as well as its sequel the Voice of Aunt Fanny for the animated film Robots (2005) as well as her character as Betty as Betty in The Secret Life of the American Teenager. Also, she is a frequent character in Chris Guest's mockumentary movies. Coolidge has been part the group known as The Groundlings since its inception at Los Angeles.
